Points to Remember In Making the Recipe

You do not have to be a bartender in order to make this recipe. In fact, you can even make this right at your homes. You can even make this recipe more creative by the cutting some designs on the lemons that you will be placing on the highball glass. If you have no available shaker at home, you might as well use a pitcher and a stirrer as an alternative to the shaker. Also do not forget that ice cubes plays a major role in this recipe. The ice must be well proportioned with the ingredients to ensure that the taste will be in full shape. Too much ice mixed in the recipe can make the recipe tasteless.

  • 1 oz 42 Below vodka
  • 1 oz sake rice wine
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 sliced cayenne pepper

Slice the half lime into 4 separate wedges. Muddle the wedges and chili with a dash of lemon juice, and transfer to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the vodka and sake, and shake well. Pour the contents, including ice, into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer, to taste, and serve.
