Cafe grande means big coffee, actually it is big coffee, it’s serving size is more than regular coffee we drink, great for those who like to drink a lot of coffee.  It contains everything you need in a coffee, If you want more out of it add some brandy to it and then enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
  • 1/3 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 1/3 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
  • 5 oz hot black coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Instructions

Pour coffee and liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add a cherry, and serve.

 

Karsk is a moonshine drink from Norway, earlier it used to be prepared using darkest possible coffee mixed with alcohol. It is now the days enjoyed all around the world, it may sound very weird as it is combination of Coffee and alcohol but believe me it taste like anything that once you drink it you will want more.

Ingredients

  • 1 part coffee
  • 2 parts alcohol

Instructions

Put a copper coin in a coffee-cup and fill up with coffee until you no longer see the coin, then add alcohol until you see the coin. Norwegian specialty.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz London dry gin
  • 1/3 oz triple sec
  • 1/3 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 5 oz hot black coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
  • 1 tsp triple sec

Instructions

Pour coffee, gin, triple sec and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of triple sec, and serve.
